(1) Stone selection of zinc steel marble elevator door pocket manufacturer: the color of stone shall be selected and classified by colorimetry. The color of stone installed on the same side shall be the same, and the stone shall be numbered according to the planning drawings and block order.

（2）墻面底層整理：整理墻面，裝好底層托架。，同時(shí)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)套方，找規(guī)則，彈出筆直線和水平線。并根據(jù)規(guī)劃圖紙和實(shí)際需要彈出裝置石材的位置線和分塊線。

According to the planning drawings and actual needs, the position line and block line of the device stone shall be popped out.

（3）打線：根據(jù)尺度，打好施工線，石材裝置前要事先用經(jīng)緯儀沖擊大角兩個(gè)面的豎向控制線，彈在離大角500px 的位置上，以便隨時(shí)檢查筆直掛線的線，確保順暢裝置，并在控制線的上下作出標(biāo)記。

(3) Setting out: according to the scale, set up the construction line. Before the stone device, impact the vertical control line on both sides of the big corner with a theodolite and snap it at the position 500px away from the big corner, so as to check the straight line at any time, ensure the smooth device, and mark the upper and lower parts of the control line.

（4）鋅鋼大理石電梯門套廠家的裝置底層托架，把預(yù)先安排好的支托按上平線支在將要裝置的底層石板上面。支托要支承結(jié)實(shí)，相互之間要銜接好，也可和架子接在一同，支架安好后，順支托方向釘鋪通長(zhǎng)的50mm 厚木板，木板上口要在同一個(gè)水平面上，以確保石材上下面處在同一水平面上。

（5）裝置銜接構(gòu)件：用規(guī)劃規(guī)則的不銹鋼螺栓固定角鋼和平鋼板。調(diào)整平鋼板的位置，使平鋼板的小孔正好與石板的刺進(jìn)孔對(duì)上，固定平鋼板，用扳子擰緊。

(5) Connecting components of the device: fix angle steel and flat steel plate with stainless steel bolts of planning rules. Adjust the position of the flat steel plate so that the small hole of the flat steel plate is just opposite to the puncture hole of the stone plate, fix the flat steel plate and tighten it with a wrench.

（6）大理石裝修板材裝置：依照溝槽和構(gòu)件找好位置，便可把底層面板靠角上的一塊就位。

（7）板面微調(diào)：裝置好大理石裝修板材再調(diào)整水平度，如板面上口不平， 可在板底的一端下口的銜接平鋼板上墊一相應(yīng)的雙股銅絲墊。調(diào)整筆直度，并調(diào)整面板上口的不銹鋼銜接件的距墻空地，直至面板筆直。

(7) Fine adjustment of board surface: after the marble decoration board is installed, adjust the levelness. If the upper opening of the board surface is uneven, a corresponding double strand copper wire pad can be padded on the connecting flat steel plate at the lower opening of one end of the board bottom. Adjust the straightness, and adjust the space between the stainless steel connector at the upper opening of the panel and the wall until the panel is straight.

（8）頂部裝修板材的裝置：頂部一層面板除了按一般石板裝置要求外，裝置調(diào)整好，在結(jié)構(gòu)與石板的縫隙里吊一通長(zhǎng)的20mm 厚木條，木條上平為石板上口下去250mm，吊點(diǎn)可設(shè)在銜接鐵件上。可用彩鋁絲吊木條，木條吊好后，即在石板與墻面之間的空地里放填充物，且填塞嚴(yán)實(shí)，防止灌漿時(shí)漏漿。

(8) Top decoration plate device: in addition to the requirements of general slate device, the device of the top layer of panel shall be adjusted well. A full-length 20mm thick wooden strip shall be hung in the gap between the structure and the slate. The upper plane of the wooden strip is 250mm below the upper mouth of the slate, and the lifting point can be set on the connecting iron parts. The colored aluminum wire can be used to hang the wooden strip. After the wooden strip is hoisted, fill the space between the stone slab and the wall tightly to prevent slurry leakage during grouting.

（9）整理大理石外表：把大理石外表的防污條掀掉，用棉絲把石板擦凈。
