二、整套門套安裝人員在安裝現場的事先勘察和安裝過程中工藝流程的規范化（如使用發泡劑等方法可能對門套的牢固性、準確性和今后的使用穩定性都有可能產生影響）。

1、根據設計圖紙檢查門的規格、開啟方向及相關附件。

2、用卷尺測量門洞的高度和寬度。門的標準高度和寬度為200cm×80cm；衛生間門的高度和寬度為200cm×70cm。如尺寸有出入，應及時糾正。

3、測量位置線，確定門框的位置，用墨棒拉出垂直線，一側門洞有兩條垂直線。

5、用錘子把小木楔一個一個地釘進洞里，固定門框板。楔子尺寸為5cm×1．5cm×1．5cm，由落葉松制成。落葉松木材結構緊密，不易松動。

6、切割材料制成門框。左右側門框龍骨木板尺寸為200cm×3cm×8cm，門框頂龍骨木板尺寸為80cm×3cm×8cm。將高密度9cm板粘在龍骨上，用汽槍釘固定。

10. Nail the top of the door frame with a nail, hang a plumb line, adjust the verticality of the door frame through the plumb line, and fix the door frame to the door opening with a twist nail during measurement.

11、做門面線。門面可根據圖紙從箱中取出或由施工人員制作。生產完成后，將門面固定在門框六上，使門套基本完成。

11. Make a facade line. The facade can be taken out of the box according to the drawings or made by construction personnel. After the production is completed, fix the door surface on the door frame 6, so that the door pocket is basically completed.

12、將門放在門套上，確定鉸鏈在門套上的具體位置，然后根據鉸鏈的厚度切出口徑。同時切斷鎖套的直徑。將車門安裝到門套上，并用螺絲刀擰緊鉸鏈的螺釘。

12. Place the door on the door pocket, determine the specific position of the hinge on the door pocket, and then cut the aperture according to the thickness of the hinge. Simultaneously cut off the diameter of the lock sleeve. Install the door onto the door pocket and tighten the hinge screws with a screwdriver.
